Spelling November 9 - 13
This week spelling pretest is on Monday and test will be on Friday The words are on workbook pages 201 and challenge words are on page 271 under"And Then What Happened, Paul Revere?". The spelling contract for this week will be to do workbook pages 201 and 202, do a practice test with a parent that will grade it and sign it, and do the third activity.The third activity you may choose to write the definitions or write a story using all the spelling words; create your own picture dictionary (This must be colored and neat); or you nust use a computer or visit www.puzzlemaker.com to put all 20 words on a crossword puzzle and complete it (No handwritten puzzles will be accepted). Students, who make a 100% on the pretest on Monday, do not have to take the test on Friday nor do the third activity.
